Refund policy

Transactional terms and conditions

  • RN Bullion requires proof of payment no later than the date of order. If proof of payment is not received on the date of order, the order will automatically be cancelled.
  • RN Bullion requires a valid copy of ID/Passport and Proof of Residence, not older than 3 months from the client for proper onboarding processes.
  • RN Bullion reserve the right to cancel an order at any point in time without giving any reasons. In this case, we shall be liable to refund any money already paid in respect of that order.
  • Goods are only handed over/dispatched once the clients funds have reflected in our bank account, the necessary documents have been received, the order is fully processed, and the stock is available for handover.
  • RN Bullion is subject to anti money laundering laws and regulations and performs diligent onboarding processes
  • RN Bullion will not accept any third-party payments. When placing an order in your personal capacity, payment will need to be from your personal bank account. NO THIRD PARTY PAYMENTS ARE ALLOWED DUE TO STRINGENT AML LAWS. If a third party payment is made, RN Bullion will refund the funds and the client will be liable for an administration fee which will be deducted before the refund is made.
  • RN Bullion does accept payments from business accounts; however, company documents are required.
  • NO CASH DEPOSITS ARE ACCEPTED.
  • Lead time- Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should the product not be in stock please allow a longer delivery time. Deliveries are time sensitive and subject to customs clearance, payment, shipping, storage and checks.
